
Virginia Children's Festival Hosts Ynot Pizza Games and Obstacle Course
Ynot Pizza & Italian Cuisine announces the 2014 Pizza Games to be held at Town Point Park in Norfolk
NORFOLK, Va., Sept. 26, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Ynot Pizza & Italian Cuisine is set to hold the 5th annual Ynot Pizza Games at the Virginia Children's Festival at Town Point Park on Saturday, October 4, 2014. The Ynot Pizza Games will be held on the main event stage at 12:00 p.m.
The recently commenced trials have identified finalists representing each of the 5 Ynot Pizza & Italian Cuisine locations in Hampton Roads. Finalists will compete in the following events; the highest pizza dough toss, the largest pizza, a partner pizza dough toss and the pizza box challenge. Winners from 3 age groups will receive a medal, with 1st place receiving additional prizes. Contestants will also attempt to break the Guinness Book of World Records' highest pizza dough toss!
Ynot Pizza & Italian Cuisine will also hold a "Be the Pizza" obstacle course at the Virginia Children's Festival. The obstacle course will raise money for Ynot Educate and will be located in the "TowneBank Fountain Park" adjacent to Waterside Drive. Participants will race through 7 fun stages of obstacles featuring flour, pizza sauce and more.
