(OTCQB: BAYK), holding company of Virginia Commonwealth Bank and VCB Financial Group, announces that Virginia Commonwealth Bank has hired Jim Sedlar as Senior Vice President, Commercial Banking. In this role, Mr. Sedlar's responsibility will be building commercial banking relationships with a focus on local builder finance and other commercial real estate.
