VIENNA, Va., Aug. 16, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Virginia based printer Prinit Corporation, serving the public as Sir Speedy Vienna, is pleased to announce that they have secured a GSA Schedule 36 award and placed their printing services on GSA Advantage!®, the government's electronic ordering system (www.gsaadvantage.gov). As an approved GSA vendor and supplier, Sir Speedy Vienna will realign their process to expedite government print orders and expand their business to include "just-in-time" printing services to provide immediate turn-around on non-bid print orders.

With a newly adopted online print-ordering interface, customers can manage their print orders and inventory from their desktop. Acknowledging the need for more efficient customer service and strict deadlines, Sir Speedy Vienna implemented a customized web based order-taking system designed to provide clients with a visual project flow dashboard that facilitates project planning and coordinates order shipments to multiple locations. This feature is particularly useful when planning tradeshows, special events, and conferences.

"We specialize in quick turnaround regardless of job size for many of our clients and with our newly acquired GSA Schedule contract award, we can now offer our rapid print service to federal departments," states Nick Ruiz, President of Sir Speedy Vienna. He continues: "Our business has been built around providing clients with the personal assistance service touch; government departments can expect the same level of support that we put into all of our projects."

With green certifications as an environmental printer under the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) and the Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI), Sir Speedy Vienna uses environmentally friendly inks for offset printing; recycled paper when possible; digital printing processes; and their designers regularly create "eco-friendly" brochures and collateral materials. They have also expanded operations to include mailing services, including direct imprint and barcoding, making production truly a one-stop, under-one-roof process. Many clients rely on their global logistics production and shipping expertise to coordinate their tradeshow and conference needs. With the addition of large format printers and in-house graphic designers, Sir Speedy Vienna's convention services business has blossomed into a global print supply endeavor.
