VisiInc PLC and Agilis Associates Announce Distribution and Sales Agreement for Vistime

SAN FERNANDO, Calif. and PERTH, Australia, June 14, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- VisiInc PLC (VZJ) (http://www.deutsche-boerse.com) and Agilis Associates have signed an agreement to distribute Vistime in the Enterprise Application market.

VisiInc today announced the signing of an agreement for Agilis Associates to distribute Vistime and various other VisiInc PLC products, powered by the evolutionary Visi platform, throughout North America and Europe.

The Agilis Associates Team individually have over 20 years experience in Enterprise Software Sales. The Distribution Agreement will see 5 people based in the US and 1 in Europe.
