VisionChina Media Awarded Exclusive Bus Wi-Fi Concession Contracts in Hangzhou City and Jinan City

BEIJING, June 8, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- VisionChina Media Inc. ("VisionChina Media" or the "Company") (Nasdaq: VISN), China's largest out-of-home digital television advertising network on mass transportation systems and the leading provider of urban mass transit Wi-Fi, today announced that it has been awarded exclusive concession contracts to install and operate its on-bus free Wi-Fi network on 5,000 urban buses in Hangzhou city, the provincial capital of Zhejiang province, and 1,614 urban buses and 58 bus rapid transit ("BRT") stations in Jinan city, the provincial capital of Shandong province. With these new concession contracts, VisionChina becomes the leading urban mass transit Wi-Fi provider in both cities, and its national network coverage expands to 20 cities and approximately 42,000 buses, up from 18 cities and approximately 35,000 buses as of the date of the Company's previous press release on June 4, 2015.
