Vista Outdoor Announces Jennifer G. Anderson as Treasurer Effective April 1

FARMINGTON, Utah, March 14, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Vista Outdoor Inc. (NYSE: VSTO) has named Jennifer G. Anderson as Vice President and Treasurer, effective April 1, 2017. Anderson will assume the responsibility from the company's current Vice President, Controller and Treasurer, Thomas G. Sexton, who has announced his intention to retire at the end of the company's FY18 first quarter after a successful 31-year career.

Anderson will have responsibility for all aspects of treasury operations, including financings, cash and investment management, risk management, real estate and equipment leases, and derivatives.

Anderson has served as Vice President and Assistant Treasurer for Vista Outdoor since 2015. Prior to the spinoff, she was the Assistant Treasurer (2009-2015), the Director of Treasury (2005-2009) and the Director of Financial Reporting (2001-2005) for Alliant Techsystems Inc. Anderson was a Manager for Assurance and Advisory Services for Deloitte & Touche LLP from 1995 to 2001.

She received her bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management and is a Certified Risk Management Professional.
