Vistex acquires South Africa-based Blueware Consulting expanding global presence in Africa

HOFFMAN ESTATES, Ill., Oct. 30, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Vistex Inc., the global leader in Go-to-Market® solutions that manage pricing, incentive, royalty and channel programs to enhance business results, announced the acquisition of Blueware Consulting, South Africa-based consulting firm specializing in Vistex and SAP® software. Blueware will assume the identity of "Vistex Africa" and will be combined into Vistex global operations to further extend its software and services offering with global and localized presence. 

With the addition of Vistex Africa, Vistex widens its accessibility to customers world-wide and fortifies its presence in South Africa.
