The SAP Integration and Certification Center (SAP ICC) has certified that Visual BI Extensions version 1.2 for SAP BusinessObjects Design Studio deploys and runs successfully based on the SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence platform. Visual BI Extensions version 1.2 for SAP BusinessObjects Design Studio integrates with SAP applications to extend critical data-visualization capabilities with instances of SAP Business Suite software, the SAP NetWeaver® technology platform, the SAP Business Warehouse (SAP BW) application and the SAP HANA® platform. With this integration, users can now add advanced charting and mapping into their visualizations, as well as expanded filtering and utilities capabilities, to help achieve an enriched user experience. With Visual BI's extensions, users are able to integrate local Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and perform what-if analysis in their dashboards in SAP BusinessObjects Design Studio.
