VisualOn Establishes New Branch in South Korea

SANTA CLARA, Calif., Nov. 27, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- VisualOn, Inc., a multimedia software company that provides solutions enabling high quality video and audio on any mobile platform, announced today the opening of a new branch in Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. The branch will advance VisualOn's capabilities in providing high-quality mobile multimedia services to leading mobile handset manufacturers in the Asian market.

The branch plans to increase its headcount in 2012 to address the rising industry demand for high-quality audio and video solutions across the mobile ecosystem. This branch will be expanding VisualOn's international presence which includes Taipei, Taiwan; Shanghai, China; Europe and their Silicon Valley headquarters in Santa Clara, Calif.

The branch will be led by YG Jung, country manager, who will be responsible for sales, project execution and partner relationships for the region.
