Since 2011, Viverae has held the certification for Health Information Products, which supports healthy living initiatives. Additionally this year, Viverae's health coaching services received certification in the distinguished Wellness and Health Promotion category, validating its internal training processes and ability to deliver results in behavior change and well-being improvement.

The NCQA's accredited health plans are tested against a rigorous set of more than 60 standards and must report on their performance in more than 40 areas to earn accreditation. Comprehensive assessments are conducted in key areas of health promotion, including how wellness programs are implemented in the workplace, how services such as coaching are provided to promote participation and help program members make healthy choices, and how individual health information is properly safeguarded.
