Vivian Vitale and Bob Walmsley Join Veracode

BURLINGTON, Mass., July 11, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Veracode, Inc., the leader in cloud-based application security testing, today announced two additions to its senior leadership team – Vivian Vitale as executive vice president of human resources and Bob Walmsley as senior vice president of global sales. Vitale will focus on building a culture that will attract, retain and develop the talent needed to support the company's growth.

Bob Walmsley joins Veracode with more than 25 years' experience building rapidly growing high-tech sales teams. Walmsley helped Object Design to a successful IPO in late the 90s, and grew Iona Technologies from $35M to $103M in three years. Walmsley will focus on expanding the company's sales and business development capacity around the world.  Walmsley holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
