VIZIO Dakota Dunes Customer Service Center Wins Multiple Awards at the 2012 Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service

IRVINE, Calif. and DAKOTA DUNES, S.D., March 2, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- VIZIO today announced its South Dakota customer service division, Dakota Dunes Contact Center, received awards for outstanding customer service in four different categories at the 6th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.

The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service offer the world's top sales acknowledgements as well as contact center and customer service awards.  Trophies were presented to honorees during a gala banquet on February 27th at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.  More than 350 nominated customer service and sales executives from the United States and several other countries were in attendance.

More than 1,000 entries from organizations in every industry were submitted to this year's competition, an increase of almost 30 percent over 2011.  Finalists were determined by the average scores of 93 professionals worldwide, acting as preliminary judges.
