Volkswagen Appoints Draftfcb As Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Agency of Record in U.S.

HERNDON, Va., Feb. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Volkswagen of America, Inc. announced today that it has selected Draftfcb Chicago as its new CRM agency of record for the U.S.  In this capacity, Draftfcb will have full Customer Relationship Management responsibility for the Volkswagen brand and its family of products.
