Volta Labs Unveils 2025 Application Roadmap for NGS Sample Prep at AGBT

BOSTON, Feb. 24, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Volta Labs, a leading genomics applications company, today announced its four strategic focus areas for 2025 and the expansion of the Callisto App menu to include RNA library prep and single-cell prep, and multi-sequencer capabilities.

Key strategic focus areas for Volta Labs in 2025 are:

Existing Callisto users will be receiving all the apps as software updates. Volta Labs will also be rolling out app-specific kits. The RNA library prep kit will include reagents alongside all the plastics to run the workflows. With this expansion of the app and kit portfolio of products, Volta Labs now provides a complete sample prep solution for DNA, RNA and single-cell workflows with Illumina, PacBio, Element and Oxford Nanopore as downstream sequencers. No specialized training is required to run any apps on Callisto.
