Carol brings more than 25 years of experience in IT procurement, quality control, cost reduction and vendor management.

While there, Hayes led the development of a North America Preferred Supplier Program for all IT services across plants and corporate entities, as well as an IT services outsourcing project, which saved the company $65 million while improving customer satisfaction.
