Group Chat During or Outside of a Conference
With group chat, you can collaborate by sending instant messages during or outside of a particular conference with one or more users. All chat history is recorded and organized into conversations that can be picked up and activated any time. Users can conduct ongoing chat conversations in real-time and switch a group chat to a conference call with a single click. Using Voxeet's unique Whisper mode, users can also have a private, two-way breakout session during their conference call using the "Whisper" icon that appears after clicking a person's avatar.

Scheduling and Conducting Calls
With on-boarding and dashboard features, Voxeet 3.5 provides new options for inviting your contacts and starting a call – making it even easier than ever to get on a call. The app also lets you make instantaneous calls with a single click. You can also quickly view missed calls, your call history, frequently called contacts and recent activities, ranging from scheduling a call to updating your profile.

To set-up a meeting, use the in-app scheduler or schedule from the calendar of your choice by simply adding [email protected]. Voxeet then does the work for you – starts the call and calls all participants, including you, at the scheduled time.

Start a group conference or chat from any device with a simple click of a button. Users who are not on Voxeet can access the call via a local dial-in number, which is available in over 40 countries. This number is provided in the "how to join" email that Voxeet sends to participants when you schedule a call.  While these users will not get Voxeet in 3DHD, they can still participate – giving Voxeet users an even greater level of flexibility.
