(OTC: VOXI), a leader in music aggregation and digital distribution, today announced the addition of 20-year industry veteran John Boyle to the company's advisory board.  Boyle, most recently the President of start-up music opportunity engine Hello Music, has been a driving force in the industry, having represented multi-platinum artists and been involved with some of the best known music festivals in the world.

Assisting the launch of the Vans Warped Tour in 1994, overseeing marketing during the tour's first two years. Owning and producing the SnoCore Tour, an annual national concert tour celebrating extreme winter sports for 11 years.  At SnoCore, he brought in high-profile sponsors and showcased then up-and-coming artists such as The Black Eyed Peas, Incubus, Sublime, Blink-182, System of a Down, and Seether. He sold SnoCore to Wind-Up Records in 2007.

In 1994, Boyle joined Giant Records and followed that with executive stints in A&R and Marketing with both Virgin Records and Warner Brothers Records. Boyle began managing acts in 2000, signing then-unknown Alien Ant Farm whom he took double platinum on their debut album. In 2002, Boyle joined Sanctuary Music Group where he signed multi-platinum rapper Xzibit, launching his TV career as star of MTV's Pimp My Ride and his subsequent film career.

After Sanctuary, Boyle started The Boyle Artist Management Group (The BAM Group), a boutique talent management and entertainment production company that represented more than 20 artists, actors, models and action sports athletes.
