The trip starts at the city of Coca located in the jungle region of Ecuador and where the amazing Amazon rainforest embraces most part of South America's territory. The ship departs from Coca's city harbor, sailing through the wide and long River of the same name and passing by 15 local communities allocated in the shores of the rivers rainforest.

The ship's physical features are composed of a 148 feet length, a Beam of 30 feet, a 5 feet draft, and a gross tonnage of 280 tons. It has a capacity of 40 passengers, and has available 18 cabins or suites with a surface of 215 square feet each. It's important to mention that each cabin has been designed with an outside facing large panoramic window, so that the traveler can perceive the surrounding of the rainforest from the comfort of his/her suite.

Amongst the safety devices available in the ship there are GPS tracking provided by the Ecuadorian Navy, Radio communication with a separate pack, satellite phone, life jackets, flares and signals, fire extinguishers, sprinklers and smoke detectors on each cabin.
