CHARLOTTE, N.C., Nov. 15, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- VR Mergers & Acquisitions Charlotte has just completed the sales transaction of the Shoring and Drilling division of Carolina Foundation Solutions.  Brad Offerdahl, President of VR Mergers & Acquisitions Charlotte, represented business owner Chet Miller in this sale.  

This specific division of Carolina Foundation Solutions installs shoring systems for temporary and permanent earth retention by using soil techniques and micro piles.  They do business throughout the southeast United States with the majority of their projects in North and South Carolina.  They are located in Burlington, NC.

The Shoring and Drilling Division has been strategically acquired by Subsurface Contractors, Inc., based in St. Louis, Missouri. Offerdahl and VR Charlotte facilitated in all phases of the transaction, from the initial analysis through closing.
