Cancilla joins VSA at an exciting time. The company has enjoyed a surge in growth and visibility, including AOR wins from Beam Suntory's 2 GINGERS and Marvin Windows, along with buzz worthy work on behalf of Kleenex, ABInBev's Goose Island, and their Blackhawks #LightningProof T-shirt last June. Cancilla's deep capabilities across the entire marketing landscape enable him to develop and execute best-in-class, brand and business building programs across channels.
Cancilla comes to VSA from TRISECT, where he was Chief Creative Officer, elevating work and expanding capabilities across brands such as Kawasaki, Kimberly-Clark and ConAgra Foods. Prior, Cancilla was SVP, Group Creative Director at Y&R Chicago, where he led integrated campaign work for Sears, Hilton, Dave & Busters and The American Red Cross. Previously, Cancilla held a cross discipline role as SVP, Group Creative Director at Leo Burnett's Arc Worldwide—collaborating with brands such as McDonalds and VISA, while receiving Cannes Lion recognition for his work with the CDC's VERB campaign to fight childhood obesity.
