(NYSE: WPC) announced today that it intends to offer, subject to market and other conditions, senior unsecured notes denominated in euros (the "Notes"). The aggregate principal amount and the coupon of the Notes will be determined at the time that the Notes are sold to investors.
W. P. Carey Inc. intends to use the net proceeds from this offering to repay amounts outstanding under its senior unsecured credit facility, to fund potential future acquisitions and for general corporate purposes.
