(WTCG) (OTC Pink: WTCG) has acquired the Mobile Marketing Assets GottaGoText and Hot Deals Network, www.hotdealsnetwork.com, located in Las Vegas, NV. Ron Costa, who has extensive experience in social and mobile media marketing, has agreed to join W Technologies, Inc. as its Vice President, and will be appointed the Vice President and General Manager of SoMo Technologies (www.SoMoTechnologies.com). This acquisition brings over 500 clients to SoMo Technologies and provides a platform for our continued growth and expansion.
