PHILADELPHIA, April 7, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Walter W. Borginis III, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, of the Visiting Nurse Association of Greater Philadelphia, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of The Home Care and Hospice Financial Managers Association.

In his capacity as a member of the Board of Directors, Borginis was also elected to serve as Secretary.
