Warm-up from Winter Chill with Dynamic Dahn Yoga Meditation Event

This winter, the antidote is close at hand: you can de-stress and warm up from the inside with meditation. Meditation is a form of relief that requires no special equipment or previous ability. The unique Dahn Yoga meditation techniques, based on Korean Taoist tradition, can be experienced in New York City at its Power of Meditation event on January 22nd at the Skirball Center for the Performing Arts at Washington Square. Dahn Yoga founder, Ilchi Lee will be its keynote speaker.

Though the practice of yoga has become almost common place in the United States, Dahn Yoga offers a unique perspective, emphasizing an integration of meditation into all aspects of practice.
