Warren Taylor Joins the Greenworld Restoration Management Team

AUSTIN, Texas, Dec. 11, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- GreenWorld Restoration, a pioneer in resilient, rapid recovery, post-disaster relief housing solutions, welcomes Warren Taylor to its growing infrastructure team as the new Corporate Controller.  Warren is spearheading all operational reporting and review of corporate portfolio.  During his tenure, Warren has provided CFO and Controller level support to several start-ups and established companies.

Prior to joining GreenWorld, Warren served as CFO at Clearshot Capital Partners, where he managed all treasury, human resources, and risk management functions and oversaw the accounting review, including the costs to complete estimates, for all portfolio companies.   As the VP/ Controller of DMX, Inc he oversaw the purchase of the assets of the bankrupt entity, participated as part of the leadership in the restructuring of the operations and accounting, which resulted in a significant positive returns for investors.  While the Corporate Controller at Capstar, (AMFM Inc, SFX Broadcasting) Warren prepared multiple public offerings; the initial IPO of Capstar Broadcasting Corporation for $531 million and preferred stock and high yield debt in excess of $1 billion.  As the Controller at Clear Channel Broadcast Division Warren integrated AMFM Inc into Clear Channel, creating the largest broadcasting network of stations in the United States and led the implementation of Sarbanes Oxley for the entire broadcast division.  Throughout his career, Warren has led financial diligence and accounting to over 40 acquisitions and the strategic divestiture of portfolio holdings and assets.
