Waterline Renewal Technologies Announces Acquisition

ROSEMONT, Ill., April 11, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Waterline Renewal Technologies, Inc. ("WRT"), a leading provider of engineered products used in the trenchless rehabilitation of wastewater infrastructure for municipal, commercial, industrial and residential applications, has been acquired by Behrman Capital ("Behrman"), a private equity investment firm based in New York and San Francisco. WRT was formerly a division of Triwater Holdings, LLC.
