Methodology
To determine our top leaders, our team of advisors and editors trimmed down our initial list of supplier diversity professionals to 350, based on participation in one or more supplier diversity councils.
The team evaluated the remaining 350 individuals using key indicators, including impactful promotion of supplier diversity to improve his or her company's business performance, identification of strategic opportunities to include diverse suppliers, creation of a positive environment for procurement employees and encouragement of innovative ideas among employees and suppliers.
