The quality starts at the top, with partners Nancy Aucone and Susan Finale, who bring unparalleled experience to their business. Aucone previously was president of The Wedding Dress at Saks Fifth Avenue and co-president of Kleinfeld. Finale was vice president and head of bridal at Kleinfeld. Both worked with the original family for more than 20 years before the business was sold.

A "gallery" for designer gowns

Nancy Aucone and Susan Finale launched The Wedding Salon of Manhasset in 1996 to enable brides to find "Madison Avenue quality" in a location that is more convenient for many brides and their families. In 2008 they were selected to launch the first Vera Wang Bridal shop on Long Island, offering the complete range of bridal lines from the renowned designer.

During spring 2012, the partners moved to an expanded space that offers even greater opportunity for brides to have the shopping experience of a lifetime. Located at 1468 Northern Boulevard, the Salon is more than 10,000 square feet—presenting a spacious venue for the still-intimate customer service experience.
