DANA POINT, Calif., Aug. 9, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Legendary alt-rock band Weezer have been added to the line-up for the Doheny Days Music Festival, September 10 & 11 at Doheny State Beach in Dana Point, CA. To date, Weezer has sold over 10 million albums and is considered one of the most successful bands of the past two decades. Weezer's addition to the line-up enhances an already diverse mix of artists from the genres of rock, reggae, surf and roots music.
Alternative rock heroes, CAKE, are best known for their sarcastic lyrics and deadpan vocals, mixing white-boy funk, hip-hop, new wave pop and country twang to create their own unique sound.
