WellCare Welcome Rooms are neighborhood health information, education and activity centers. Open to the public, they offer a comfortable environment where visitors can ask questions about Medicaid and Medicare, and WellCare members can receive help accessing needed care and services. Welcome Rooms also host dozens of free events each month, ranging from exercise and nutrition classes to education on preventive health, safety and disease management topics.

The Palmetto Bay Welcome Room, located at 9552 SW 160th St. in Miami, is WellCare's 15th Welcome Room in Florida. Other locations include: Fort Myers, Jacksonville, Kissimmee, Miami Gardens, New Port Richey, Ocala, Orlando, Pensacola, Pinellas Park, Spring Hill, Tallahassee, Tampa, West Palm Beach and Winter Haven.
