Wellesley Information Services Announces Three Additions to Board of Directors

DEDHAM, Mass., Dec. 3, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Wellesley Information Services (WIS), a leading market research and intelligence firm specializing in enterprise software technologies, including the largest independent membership site of global SAP users, SAPinsider (www.SAPinsiderOnline.com), announced today that Jim Casella, Jay Mossman, and Tom Caridi have joined the company's Board of Directors.

Mr. Casella presently serves as Chairman and CEO at Compliance Solutions Strategies. He is also a board member for EnsembleIQ and Equilar. Prior to these roles, Mr. Casella was Chairman and CEO of Asset International, a board member for Jigsaw Data, which was acquired by Salesforce in 2010, board member for AskJeeves, Vice Chairman for Reed Business Information, and Chief Operating Officer for International Data Group (IDG), where he was instrumental in the company taking its books business public.

Mr. Mossman is currently CEO of NRT Strategies. Prior to this role, Mr. Mossman was President of the North American Region for Temenos, and then became chairman of its North America Advisory Board. Before joining Temenos, he was the Founder and CEO of Akcelerant, which was purchased by Temenos in 2015. Mr. Mossman was also previously President and CEO of Premier Solutions, and Founder of InTech.

Previously, he was the interim CFO for Compliance Solutions Strategies, worldwide Executive VP and CFO for Questex LLC, Reed Exhibition Companies, and Imark Communications.
