Welltok Welcomes New President and CFO to All-Star Executive Team

DENVER, July 31, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Welltok, Inc. announces the addition of Brian Ancell as president and chief operating officer (COO) and Linda Fenton as chief financial officer (CFO) to its diverse and experienced leadership team.

Ancell brings more than 17 years of industry knowledge from Premera Blue Cross, a leading health plan in the Pacific Northwest, where he most recently served as executive vice president of health care services and strategic development. His leadership and strategic execution was instrumental in establishing Premera as one of the most successful and innovative health plans in the country. Among his many responsibilities, Ancell led the IT division's integration and platform consolidation efforts, and oversaw the execution and launch of several mobile and web-based consumer engagement solutions. Prior to Premera, Ancell held senior consulting positions at Deloitte and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

She spent more than a decade in senior management positions at TriZetto Corp., including chief risk and compliance officer and interim CFO during a successful take-private transaction in 2008. Prior to TriZetto, Linda held executive positions at Interliance, a boutique consulting firm specializing in platform enablement, CalFed Bank and South Coast Home Healthcare, where she worked closely with government-sponsored healthcare plans.
