WePOWER Signs Letter of Intent with Cleanfield
Merger to create leading global manufacturer and developer of Renewable Energy Systems and Vertical Axis Wind Turbines (VAWTs)
ALISO VIEJO, Calif., Jan. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- WePOWER, LLC, announced today that it has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) for a merger with Cleanfield Alternative Energy Inc. (symbol: AIR-V) to create a global market leader in vertical axis wind turbines (VAWTs) and other renewable energy systems. Under the terms of the LOI, the companies have agreed to conduct the due diligence necessary to reach a definitive agreement and then seek regulatory and shareholder approval. The combined entity will also seek to raise the requisite amount of working capital to execute its business strategy.
