MIDLAND, Texas, May 1, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- West Texas National Bank's President and CEO, Keith Moore, announced today the hiring of Thomas E. Stelmar, Jr. as its Senior Vice President of Energy Lending to spearhead the effort to establish a Dallas/Fort Worth Area Lending office.
Stelmar joins WTNB with over 21 years of senior level experience in all phases of Energy Finance including both consulting and commercial lending positions in the E&P and Midstream sectors.
Active in the DFW community as a long-time Boy Scouts of America advocate and Scoutmaster, Stelmar enjoys volunteering with today's youth to help instill values, and develop leadership and citizenship skills that will influence their adult lives.
