HOUSTON, Nov. 19, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Wood Group PSN (WGPSN) will continue its provision of engineering, procurement and construction services to the Hibernia platform, offshore Newfoundland and Labrador, under a new multi-million dollar, five-year contract extension from Hibernia Management and Development Company Ltd. (HMDC).
Since first oil in 1997 WGPSN has been the incumbent contractor for these services and the contract is still a cornerstone of WGPSN business in the region. Hibernia was the first producing field off Canada's East Coast.
