Where Innovation Meets Impact: Eastern Washington University Debuts New Graduate Programs in Leadership and Cybersecurity

Eastern Washington University (EWU) is meeting that need with the launch of three new fully online graduate programs designed for professionals ready to lead in a rapidly evolving world: Master of Science in Organizational Leadership – Artificial Intelligence, Master of Science in Organizational Leadership – Change Leadership and Master of Business Administration – Cybersecurity.

Programs Designed for Impact
The Master of Science in Organizational Leadership in AI degree helps professionals bridge the gap between human insight and emerging technologies. Students will explore topics such as AI ethics, emotionally intelligent communication, data-informed decision-making and organizational culture, culminating in a capstone focused on AI-driven leadership.

The Master of Science in Change Leadership concentration equips professionals to lead through disruption, with coursework spanning conflict resolution, social justice, ethics and change theory.

Finally, the Cybersecurity MBA blends advanced business strategy with cybersecurity management, preparing graduates to lead secure, resilient operations across industries.
