White Smile Global Inc. Corporate Update on the White Smile Premier™ "At-Home" LED Teeth Whitening System and the White Smile Tooth Gloss™, Including Clinical Study, Product Manufacturing, and Distribution

MIAMI BEACH, Fla., Nov. 16, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- White Smile Global Inc. (OTCBB: WSML) is excited to offer existing and potential share holders an update on the Company.

Upon appointment of Chief Scientific Officer and Board Member Dr. Martin S. Giniger DMD, PhD, MsD, FICD, the Company has recently announced several Patent-Pending Oral Health and Teeth Whitening Technologies that have been purchased in full from the world renowned Bio-Chemist. Upon acquisition of these products, White Smile Global Scientific Team, led by Dr. Giniger, closed in on strategic partnerships with FDA Registered Laboratories within the United States.  One such laboratory is June Jacobs Laboratory which operates an approximate 50,000 sq.ft. advanced manufacturing facility in the North Eastern United States.  White Smile Global Inc. also announced shortly after that the Chief Operations Officer of June Jacobs Laboratories, Mr. Matthew Silpe, was elected to the Company's Board of Directors.  Also an announcement was made appointing Dr. Marcus S. Tappan DMD to the board of Scientific Advisors.

Recently completed is the White Smile Premier™ "At-Home" Professional Grade LED Teeth Whitening System which consists of a handheld Professional Grade LED teeth whitening light paired with a two part pen system and the revolutionary White Smile™ Tooth Gloss.  Several of the components in this new system, which is designed for use at home or "on-the-go," utilize patent-pending formulations of Dr. Giniger's inventions.

Clinical Study on this product is nearing completion, with preliminary results exceeding the Company's expectations.  Preliminary product packaging design has been recently completed and will be finalized upon receiving the final results of the clinical study at which time White Smile Global will make the results of the final claims before the product becomes available for purchase to consumers.

Also created was the packaging for the "EU-Friendly" Non-Peroxide version of the Smile Premier™ "At-Home" Professional Grade LED Teeth Whitening System which will make this product the first "At-Home" LED Teeth Whitening System available to consumers in the European Union market due to the cutting edge technology of the patent-pending micro-encapsulated teeth whitening gel created by Dr. Giniger. French Distributor, Institut Saint Paul, has already presented this product to its distribution channels in France, Italy, and other European Countries with very positive feedback.  Samples of the new packaging have been approved by both the Company's Board of Directors as well as the Distributor and mass manufacturing has commenced.

White Smile Global will be introducing additional Distributors in multiple countries in Asia, Europe, Africa, and South Africa in the following weeks as the Company's Executives finalized details with these potential International Partners.
