White Smile Global, Inc. Signs Significant Distribution Agreement with Institut Saint Paul, a Large European Distribution Company Based in France

MIAMI, Nov. 10, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- American Oral Health and Teeth Whitening Innovator, White Smile Global, Inc. (OTCBB: WSML) announced today that it has signed a distribution agreement with large European Cosmetics Distributor Institut Saint Paul for distribution of the all new White Smile "Peroxide- Free" teeth whitening and oral health products.  The Company has recently announced the completion of the White Smile Premier™ "At-Home" LED Teeth Whitening System, which consists of several patent-pending products designed by world renown Bio Chemist and White Smile Global Chief Scientific Officer Dr. Martin S. Giniger DMD, PhD, MsD, FICD.

The contract allows Institut Saint Paul to distribute White Smile^® brand products throughout the entire continent of Europe where they have established successful distribution channels.

Institut Saint Paul has a multinational sales channel for their Cosmetic product line through the Company's strong relationship with French and European television conglomerate TF1.  The TF1 Group has an approximated 22.8% market share of audiences in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Andorra, Monaco, and Switzerland as well as other European territories.  "The overall success of Institut Saint Paul's success with their Sublime Lisse skin care line through such a large audience was made our decision for this agreement, in my opinion, an easy one," states Board Member Mathew Silpe.

Currently, White Smile Global Inc. completing negotiations on agreements in several other countries in the European Union where the use of hydrogen peroxide, the active ingredient in all teeth whitening products is restricted past .0010% of 1%.  The Company is relying on the innovation of Dr. Martin Giniger DMD, PhD, MsD, FICD due to the recent acquisition of several patent pending "non-peroxide" teeth whitening gels and oral foam for daily use designed to replace tooth paste.  The Clinical studies on these products began in October 2011 and is expected to be completed in mid-December.
