FORT WORTH, Texas, Dec. 14, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Fresherized Foods, the makers of Wholly Guacamole^® dip announced today  that Wholly Guacamole^® dip is now the number one selling refrigerated dip brand in America, surpassing Deans^® Dairy Dip to take the top spot. This is according to data from the November 2012 AC Nielsen data.

The company has seen an extraordinary increase in sales over the last year primarily due to an expanded product portfolio, consumer eating trends and category growth and exposure.  As restaurants add avocado and guacamole products to their menus, consumers are also adding new ideas to their meals at home by using these products.  Additionally, as the health benefits of avocados are becoming better known, people are loading up their salads, sandwiches and burgers with this healthy and flavorful food.
