WikiLoan Adds Bashir Wada to Its Advisory Board
Financial Services Executive whose Background Includes Banking, Private Equity and Venture Capital Joins WikiLoan Advisory Board
LOS ANGELES, Dec. 14, 2010 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- WikiLoan, Inc (OTC Bulletin Board: WKLI), a peer-to-peer lending platform, announces today that Bashir Wada is joining the Company's Advisory Board, effective immediately.

Bashir Wada, CFA
Bashir Wada was most recently a Senior Vice President at Capmark Financial Group Inc's Strategy, Planning and Mergers & Acquisitions unit. Capmark was a leading independent real estate financial company with three core businesses: lending and mortgage banking, investments and funds management, and services. It was one of the largest mortgage servicers in the United States, as well as a dominant commercial lender in North America, Europe and Asia.
Wada started his career at Wells Fargo Bank where he was a fixed income portfolio manager for institutional client portfolios, a Vice President, Senior Private Banker, the Division Manager of Finance in the Retirement Programs and Investments Division and was a Division Manager of Finance in the International Banking Group.
He was then the CFO of a private equity investment firm where he was a member of the investment evaluation team. During this period he co-founded and managed a firm that successfully launched a private equity exchange fund offering diversification to holders of concentrated private equity positions. In this capacity, he developed a deep knowledge of private investment vehicles and developed expertise in partnership formation, investor communications, analysis of private equity investments and capital raising and distributions. Wada was also a consultant at an investment management firm that provides asset management and financial consulting to high net worth individuals, foundations and endowments. In addition to business development, he conducted research on new investment manager candidates and existing managers, including the analysis and due diligence involved in hiring and terminating money managers.
Prior to Capmark, Wada was a consultant and acting CFO, to an emerging markets alternative asset manager, where he was responsible for the structuring of new hedge funds and private equity funds focused in emerging markets.
Wada serves as a Director of AAA Northern California, Nevada, and Utah, and the Inter-Insurance Bureau. He was a member of the Municipal Fiscal Advisory Committee to the Mayor of San Francisco, and is a member of the CFA Institute.
Wada earned an MBA degree in Finance from the University of California, Berkeley. He holds the CFA charter.
