WILLCARE Selects Almost Family, Inc. (Nasdaq: AFAM) to Continue History of Patient Centric Care for the Future of Employees and Company
BUFFALO, N.Y., Feb. 25, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- WILLCARE (http://www.willcare.com), a proprietary home health care company headquartered in Buffalo, NY, has entered into a definitive agreement to sell the stock of Willcare to Almost Family, Inc. (Nasdaq:AFAM). Almost Family, is a leading regional provider of home health nursing services that operates a Medicare-certified segment and a personal care segment. Post transaction, Almost Family will operate over 230 branches across 15 states with an annual net revenue rate expected to approach $600 million.
