William Jeffrey's Tavern Signs on to Join Siena Park, Mixed-Use Development in Arlington's Columbia Pike

ARLINGTON, Va., March 9, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Woodfield Investments, developer and owner of mixed-use development Siena Park, today announced that three local restaurateurs, Wilson Whitney, Adam Lubar and Chris Lefbom, will bring neighborhood restaurant and bar William Jeffrey's Tavern to the development.

The group, also co-owners of Rhodeside Grill and Ragtime in Arlington and Dogwood Tavern in Falls Church, signed a lease for space in Siena Park, 2301 Columbia Pike, Arlington, Virginia. Now in the design phase and with an opening scheduled for this fall, William Jeffrey's Tavern will bring the comfortable atmosphere of a modern tavern to Siena Park.  The six-story, mid-rise community is comprised of 188 luxury apartment homes, 32,000 square feet of retail and 14,000 square feet of office space.

The menu at William Jeffrey's will feature quality eclectic-American cuisine at reasonable prices. The 6,530 square foot restaurant will also include a well-stocked bar with several beers on tap, a full wine list, space for private parties, weekend brunch, live acoustic music, and multiple HDTVs.
