Mitsubishi UFJ Securities (USA), Inc. "MUS (USA)" in New York has announced that William (Bill) Mansfield will join the firm as Chief Executive Officer as of Friday, April 12th 2013.
In his new role, Bill will chair the MUS (USA) Management Committee and sit on the Board of MUS (USA). He will also be a member of the International Management Committee of Mitsubishi UFJ Securities Holdings Co., Ltd. (MUSHD). He will report to Cliff De Souza, Head of International Business, MUSHD.

His extensive experience in financial markets and track record of leadership means our plans to move forward are in highly capable hands. Bill joins from Rabobank International, where he was Head of Global Financial Markets (GFM) Americas and CEO of Rabo Securities USA, Inc. Bill was also a member of the Global Management Team for GFM and a member of the North American Management Team for Rabobank International, and managed a sales, trading and capital markets team across the American continent. He has nearly 30 years' experience in multi-national financial institutions, including the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, Nomura Securities and Credit Lyonnais. He has lived in New York for 25 years.
