William Stitt Joins MTS Health Partners as Partner
NEW YORK, June 13, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- MTS Health Partners, LP (MTS), the independent New York-based investment bank, today announced that William W. Stitt has joined the firm as a partner.
Mr. Stitt joins the MTS leadership team of eight partners. He has more than 20 years of experience in the investment banking and health care industries and has developed strategic relationships across a wide range of both public and private health care services companies in the managed care, hospital, alternate site, laboratory, physician services and outsourcing and post-acute subsectors. He has also established relationships with many of the leading global private equity firms and investors focused on healthcare.

Prior to joining MTS, Mr. Stitt was a managing director at Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. focused on the biotechnology and health care services sectors. He has originated and completed a broad range of high profile transactions in M&A, leverage finance, equity capital markets and investment grade debt. Previously he was with the health care investment banking group at CIBC World Markets and also worked at Credit Suisse First Boston and Merrill Lynch. Mr. Stitt received his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and earned his MBA from the University of Chicago.
