Williamson-Dickie Mfg. Co. Licenses India Operations to ID Overseas Private Limited
BANGALORE, India, Nov. 13, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Leading global workwear maker Williamson-Dickie Mfg. Co. has signed an exclusive licensing agreement with ID Overseas Private Limited. The agreement authorizes the sale of Dickies® licensed workwear products in India, Pakistan, Nepal, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. The initial licensing agreement is for ten years and allows the workwear company to more effectively serve customers with a comprehensive, efficient business solution for all possible uniform and workwear needs.

Products and services available to customers in the region will encompass the breadth of Dickies brand offerings, including but not limited to: Dickies, Dickies FR (flame-resistant protective clothing), and Dickies footwear. The new licensing agreement allows for a concentrated focus on business growth in the region and provides enhanced distribution network support.
