Wilon Resources, Inc. Shareholder Update on Wayne County, West Virginia Natural Gas Project
Company Prepared for Near Term Delivery of Natural Gas
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., Feb. 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Wilon Resources, Inc. (Pink Sheets: WLON), an energy exploration company with operations in the Appalachian Basin, would like to take this opportunity to update shareholders on the Company's Wayne County, West Virginia natural gas project.
Over the past six weeks, the Company has launched a multi-faceted approach in order to reinstate the commercial delivery of natural gas. In light of our efforts, we have battled one of the harshest winters on record with continued snow and freezing rain. "I commend our Field Supervisor, drilling and construction crews, and ancillary staff for their relentless and dedicated work," stated Wayne Anderson, President of Wilon Resources, Inc.
During this period, the company has revamped existing and built new roads leading to individual wells and the central operating hub, swabbed approximately 30 wells, fabricated a new compressor station, relocated and installed a water treatment unit, replaced thousands of feet of flow line in our peripheral gathering system and main trunks, initiated construction of an electronic meter station, replaced many of the completion components at the well head, installed secure fencing, while reestablishing house gas to the majority of our lessors.
Over the near term, the company will continue to prepare for the delivery of gas by tying in additional wells to the gathering system and addressing the remaining wells on a case by case basis.
"After the company regains productivity, we will then quickly launch several drilling programs to tap the reserves on our 12,000 acre leasehold block. The remainder of 2010 should be an exciting time for shareholders as we continue to grow organically and through potential acquisitions," stated Mr. Anderson.
