Prize draw terms and conditions:

1. Entries must be via the response slip provided in instore promotions or via www.johnlewis.com/insurance and entry into the draw implies acceptance of these conditions.

2. Only one entry per household, per calendar year.

3. Automated/bulk entries and entries from third parties will be disqualified.

4. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age, and not employees of the John Lewis Partnership, their dependants or anyone else connected with the promotion.

5. All entries must be received by 31 October 2010. No responsibility will be accepted for any entries that are lost or delayed in the post.

6. The prize will be awarded to the first entry picked at random on or before 14 November 2010.
