Wine.com.br: Online Brazilian wine store in 3rd place in SocialBakers worldwide survey
SAO PAULO, Jan. 28, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Wine.com.br, an e-commerce operation that sells wine was launched a few years ago in Brazil, and now holds third place among Facebook pages, according to SocialBakers, topped only by the brands Tap Kingdom and Skol (the giant Belgian-Brazilian AB InBev).
This was the result of the survey Socially Devoted, conducted by SocialBakers, with data for the third quarter of 2013 in the Alcohol category. The survey evaluates the degree of interaction of brands with users in a series of items such as speed of response and number of questions answered. The final score of the survey takes into account four factors: the number of fans of the page on the social network; the number of questions; response time and the number of questions answered.
To carry out the survey, the institution monitors about 70 thousand pages of companies from all over the world on the social network. The selection of fanpages that take part in the survey is done through a balance sheet tallying questions answered and questions ignored. To be selected, the criterion used is the attainment of an answer rate of at least 65% of questions answered.
The survey ascertained that the fanpage - facebook.com/wine.vinhos -, of Wine.com.br, which is now the second largest e-commerce wine operation in the world, is the one that has the largest number of questions answered among all companies in the Alcohol category, 87.63%. The internet address of Wine is www.wine.com.br.
To Rogerio Salume, President and one of the founders of Wine.com.br, "this ranking in the survey is a recognition of the effort that the Wine team has been making in Brazil. Our main objective is to provide quality service and deliver moments of pleasure and joy through all of our platforms that interact with our customers," he says.
