CORONA, Calif., Oct. 20, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Medina International Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: MIHI) announced today that its subsidiary WinTec Protective Systems, Inc., has executed an exclusive Joint Venture Agreement with ROK Global PLC, United Kingdom.  

ROK Global PLC, the UK-based technology, applications and services company markets a comprehensive suite of innovative and cost-effective security and protection technologies to law enforcement agencies, the military and private and domestic customers worldwide will now exclusively market the GSS-11 range of glass-strengthening products globally.
