4. Will there be a penalty for excessive celebration? (Yes 5/2, No 1/4)
When the lights are brightest, will the refs seek to dim them? We say NO.
5. Will a 2-point conversion be successful in the game? (Yes 7/4, No 2/5)
With the extra point being longer and 2-point conversions having over a 50% chance, we think this one is a no-brainer. YES.
6. Will the longest successful field goal be longer than 47.5 yards? (Even on Yes/No)
Coaches tend to call it a little more conservatively in The Big Game. Even though the game will be played in a dome in Houston, with only five field goals in its history longer than 47.5 yards, we're saying NO.
7. What will be higher on Sunday? Golden State's starting point guard Points + Assists (-2.5) or New England + Atlanta first half points?
Golden State's point guard is on an absolute tear lately, and The Big Game tends to be lower scoring than the rest of the season. We're taking the Chef in Golden State.
8. Will Atlanta's QB win Regular Season MVP and SB MVP? (Yes 3/1, No 1/5)
Although he's the frontrunner for the regular season MVP (and 3/1 are fantastic odds), beating New England is going to require huge contributions from the defense. We're going with NO.
9. If New England wins, will the team be shown on TV shaking the league commissioner's hand? (Yes 3/5, No 7/5)
After the Deflategate drama, tensions between the commissioner and the New England core trio has never been higher. However, there's nothing like a Big Game championship to let bygones be bygones, so we say YES.
10. Will there be a flea flicker attempted in the game? (Yes 5/1, No 1/9)
Both New England and Atlanta love to deploy trickery in their offensive game plans. While the chances of a flea flicker being one of those trick plays isn't too high, we love the odds here. YES!
